Merchandise bought from our establishment may be exchanged if presented with receipt within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Exchange of the following items shall not be accepted except those determined by our company as factory defect. We strictly do not accept product returns that are:
a) altered items
b) used items
c) items bought on Sale
