Please find attached the updated version of the line production agreement for the subject project, incorporating the revenue sharing agreement below, except for rights.
Please note that we have retained the ownership and copyright provisions as solely pertaining to our company.
However, in accordance with the sharing scheme below, we have now provided that the net revenues from the exercise of the exhibition rights (only) shall be shared by company with the contractors. Hence, the non-inclusion of rights (which is not an exhibition right).
We believe that the granting of the rights to redo should pertain exclusively to company, and any exhibition of the material in the future should no longer entitle the contractor to a share in the revenue therefrom.
We would appreciate your feedback on this draft prior to the orientation of the contractor later this afternoon.
